Debugging Elephas Super Brain debugging on iPad and iPhone

Verify iCloud Settings

Confirm that Elephas is enabled in the iCloud settings.

Check iCloud Storage

iOS : Visit [Settings > Your Name > iCloud > Manage Storage] to verify available space Mac : Visit [Apple Menu > System Preferences > Apple ID > iCloud > Manage] to verify available space on your Mac.

1. Force an iCloud Sync

On iPhone/iPad:

  • Go to Settings > Your Name > iCloud
  • Toggle off Elephas
  • Wait 30 seconds
  • Toggle it back on
 

On Mac:

  • Open System Preferences/Settings > Apple ID > iCloud
  • Toggle off Elephas
  • Wait 30 seconds
  • Toggle it back on
 

2. Restart Your Devices

A simple restart often resolves temporary sync issues:

  • Restart mac
  • Wait 30 seconds
  • Restart IOS
  • Check Brains
 

3. Sign Out and Back Into iCloud

If problems persist:

  • Back up important data first
  • On each device, go to iCloud settings
  • Sign out of your Apple ID
  • Restart your device
  • Sign back in with your Apple ID
  • Enable the services you want to sync
 

4. Check Date and Time Settings

Incorrect date/time settings can cause sync issues:

  • Ensure "Set Automatically" is enabled in date/time settings on all devices
  • Verify all devices are set to the correct time zone
