Verify iCloud Settings
Confirm that Elephas is enabled in the iCloud settings.
Check iCloud Storage
iOS : Visit [Settings > Your Name > iCloud > Manage Storage] to verify available space Mac : Visit [Apple Menu > System Preferences > Apple ID > iCloud > Manage] to verify available space on your Mac.
1. Force an iCloud Sync
On iPhone/iPad:
- Go to Settings > Your Name > iCloud
- Toggle off Elephas
- Wait 30 seconds
- Toggle it back on
On Mac:
- Open System Preferences/Settings > Apple ID > iCloud
- Toggle off Elephas
- Wait 30 seconds
- Toggle it back on
2. Restart Your Devices
A simple restart often resolves temporary sync issues:
- Restart mac
- Wait 30 seconds
- Restart IOS
- Check Brains
3. Sign Out and Back Into iCloud
If problems persist:
- Back up important data first
- On each device, go to iCloud settings
- Sign out of your Apple ID
- Restart your device
- Sign back in with your Apple ID
- Enable the services you want to sync
4. Check Date and Time Settings
Incorrect date/time settings can cause sync issues:
- Ensure "Set Automatically" is enabled in date/time settings on all devices
- Verify all devices are set to the correct time zone
