Using Elephas to respond to support emails

Configure Elephas to respond to customer requests, from your knowledge base

Elephas can help you respond to your customer requests, whether it is on email, Slack, Discord, Zoho Desk.

Step 1: Knowledge base

Begin by loading your knowledge base into Elephas. Elephas supports many data sources. You can use standard files like PDF, DOCX, and MD. It also works with Notion and regular web pages.

  • Create a Super Brain to store your knowledge base.

  • Index the content of your knowledge base into the Super Brain.

Step 2: Import Support Response Workflow

  • Next, import the support response workflow from the workflow library.

  • Click on the AI agent. Select your Super Brain, which holds your knowledge base. You can also customize the instructions for the Response Agent.

Then click “save changes” to save your updates.

Step 2: Respond to requests

  • Choose the email you want to reply to.

  • Open the Elephas super command. Search for "workflow." Then, select the Support Response workflow.

  • You can insert the text directly into the email by using "cmd + return."
