Step 3: Let AI Do the Work

Once uploaded, Elephas automatically:

  • Creates a detailed summary of your Zoom meeting
  • Extracts key action items and decisions
  • Generates insights you might have missed
  • Converts everything into an organized, searchable format

Why This Matters

Instead of scrolling through pages of "um, uh, can you hear me?" your Zoom meeting transcripts become a smart knowledge base. Ask questions, find specific topics, and never lose track of important decisions again.

Step 4: Start Chatting with Your Zoom Data

Once indexing is complete, your data is ready! You can now interact with your Zoom meeting transcripts directly in Super Chat. Ask questions like "What did we decide about the project timeline?" or "Who was assigned the marketing tasks?" and get instant answers from all your meetings.

Important Note

When

Currently, Elephas only processes .txt files for indexing. Zoom meeting videos are ignored during the process - only the transcript text files get indexed and become searchable in your brain.

Your messy transcription files transform into organized gold - making every Zoom meeting actually useful!
