Elephas Workflow with Agents Basics
How to use AI Workflows with Agents on Elephas
Introduction to Workflow in Elephas
Elephas has a new feature called Workflows (Beta) that lets you perform multistep actions using AI agents.

To access it,
Click the workflow icon,

You will see options to see create new workflow or browse our library (dynamic),

Elephas comes with inbuilt set of workflows for common use cases,
- Summarising brain files
- Finding files that talk about a specific topic
- Web search
- Drawing mindmap/gannt/timeline charts
Agents in Workflow
Each workflow can contain one or more agents. Each agent, in turn, can use one tool. For example, Super Brain is a tool.
It contains various actions, from doing a simple semantic search across the brain, or a specific set of files, and more.

Triggering Workflow
From Super Chat, type “@” to trigger it.
For example, to summarise the brain files, first select the files using the filter icon and then type “@Summarize…” to trigger it.
Step1: Filtering Files
- In the Chat tab, click the "Filter icon" on the left of the text editor.

- Select the files you want to filter, then click “Apply”.

Step2: Triggering Workflow
- To trigger a workflow from Super Chat, type "@(workflow name)" in the text field.

- Click the send button to continue the chat!
