1. Open Elephas on your device.

2. In the sidebar, click the Support Chat (headset icon).

1. During your chat conversation, click the Create Ticket button

2. Or click the ✉️ Envelope icon in the top-right corner of the chat window

3. Fill in the details of your request with:

• Steps you've already tried
 

4. Your ticket will be logged and you'll receive email assistance from our support team.
