How to Add Multiple Integrations
You can add same integration multiple times, if you need. Say, you can connect one Apple Notes folder, then another folder with another Apple Notes integration inside the same Super Brain.
Step 1: Start with Your First Integration
Begin by connecting your primary integration (Apple Notes, Notion, etc.)
- Open the Knowledge Base (click Knowledge Base in the chat header).
- Click Add Files or Folders.
- In the Add to Knowledge Base window, go to the Apps tab.
- Find your first integration (for example, Apple Notes, Notion, Obsidian, etc.) and click Connect.
- Follow the connection steps for that integration.
Step 2: Add More Integrations
After your first integration is connected and indexed:
- In the Knowledge Base, under Connected Sources, click the Integrations card to open the Integrations view.
- Click "+ Add Source" at the top of the Integrations panel.
- In the Add to Knowledge Base window, go to the Apps tab.
- Choose the integration you want to add:
- Apple Notes
- DevonThink
- Logseq
- Notion
- Obsidian
- Roam
- Zoom
- Click Connect and follow the setup steps for that integration.
Example: Adding another Apple Notes integration:
Configure and Connect
Set up your new integration the same way as the first:
- Select specific folders, pages, or content.
- Let Elephas index the new content.

Repeat as Needed
To add more integrations:
- Open the Integrations view in your Knowledge Base.
- Click "+ Add Source".
- Choose your next integration from the Apps tab.
- Configure and connect it.
You can connect multiple instances of the same integration (for example, multiple Apple Notes folders or Notion workspaces) to the same brain — no limits.
