Restart or Cancel Gumroad subscription
If you face issue with restarting or cancelling your membership with Gumroad, follow the steps below.
There are two ways to cancel your subscription to a Gumroad membership:
- From your library (if you have a Gumroad account)
- From your receipt
From your Gumroad library :
- Use the In-App “Manage Subscription” Button
Open Elephas Preferences → Support tab → Click Manage Subscription
- Login to your account.
- Go to your Gumroad Library.
- Click on the membership you wish to cancel.
- Click "Manage membership" and then the “Cancel membership” button.
From your receipt :
Open your Gumroad purchase email with subject “You've subscribed to Elephas - Personal AI Writing Assistant”
This email has two links, one to manage the subscription and other to cancel.
Click “Manage Membership” link, as shown below inside the second red circle,
First one to cancel your subscription.
If you don’t have that email, you can still find the recurring charge email ( if you had atleast one charge), and click the same link.
Subject: Recurring charge for Elephas - Personal AI Writing Assistant for Mac.
Or if you don’t have that email as well,
Goto https://app.gumroad.com/library and choose “Elephas” from the list of products, and then manage your subscription from there.
