Elephas App Store Version Limitations
Some advanced Elephas features are not available in the App Store version due to Apple permission restrictions.
Menu Bar Icon Not Available in App Store Version
The App Store version of Elephas does not include the Menu Bar icon feature. This feature is available only in the website version of Elephas. This is generally used to do text replacements across apps.
CTRL + Space Shortcut Not Available in App Store Version
The CTRL + Space (for Super Command) shortcut is not supported in the App Store version and is available only in the website version.
Hotkey Configuration Not Available in App Store Version
Since global shortcuts are not supported in the App Store version, the option to configure custom hotkeys is not available in the UI.
Features Not Available in App Store Version
The following features are currently not available in the App Store version of Elephas:
- Snippets
- Writing Features
- Super Command
- Workflows
- Status Menu
- Floater Menu
- Keynote Export Option
Hidden Settings Tabs in App Store Version
The following settings tabs are hidden in the App Store version:
- License Tab
- Hotkeys Tab
License Key Not Required for App Store Version
No separate license key is sent via email for the App Store version.
Subscription management and activation are handled automatically by Apple in the background.
