Smart Reply with Elephas

Brief intro to Elephas Smart Reply -

Smart Reply makes it incredibly easy to reply to your emails, and social media message with a click.

Short cut CTRL + CMD + r or use the master hotkey Ctrl + Spacebar to view the floating menu

Smart reply comes in two modes,

  1. Inline - Context-aware email replies
  1. External - You explicitly select the text to reply

Inline

Elephas can now generate smart replies based on the current thread. It works on Gmail, Outlook Web, and Apple Mail as of now. See the attached video that shows it in action on Outlook Web. This will be extended to other applicable apps, such as Slack and Teams.

You need to enable the permissions for Elephas in the respective apps.

“Smart Fill” option can automatically fill the reply into the right place across 10 different tools.

For the tools that are not supported, such Zoho Mail, you can do CMD + v, as the response is already copied to the clipboard automatically for you.
 

“Smart Fill” requires additional permission to auto the response for you. Elephas will show a suitable message when you use that feature. Rest assured, it is perfectly secure.
