Error : Some of the files are not indexed
Why this happens
This error appears when one or more files in your Super Brain couldn’t be indexed properly.
It usually happens due to file format issues, missing permissions, or failed to index.
How to Check
- Go to your Super Brain View.
- Switch to the Not Indexed tab.
- Tap the ⚠️ error file — it will show the specific reason (e.g., unsupported type, missing access, or parsing error).
Tips
- Make sure the file is supported (PDF, DOCX, TXT etc.).
- If it’s from an integration (e.g., Notion, Obsidian), ensure the integration is connected.
How to Fix
- Right-click the file or folder.
- Select Re-index.
- This will retry indexing the selected item.
- Progress bar Starts Loading.
After successful re-indexing, the file moves from Not Indexed → Indexed tab,
and becomes available for Brain search.
